工艺流程专为饮品饮料工程而设计,系统采用多介质过滤器、活性炭过滤器、钠离子交换器及保安过滤器作为前级处理,有效除去原水中的悬浮物、泥砂、微粒、有机硅胶体、有机物、异味、余氯等杂质,使经过处理后的原水符合反渗透的进水要求然后进入程控二级反渗透装置去除水中的溶解性盐类物质、细菌热源等,其产水电导率≤10us/cm。
 
应用领域:饮料饮品水处理工程果汁、茶饮料工艺用水;啤酒酿造工艺用水;白酒勾兑水;瓶(桶)装纯净水,矿泉水;乳品工艺用水等。
 
The process flow is specially designed for beverage engineering. The system adopts multi-media filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger and security filter as the pre-treatment, which can effectively remove the impurities such as suspended solids, silt, particles, organosilicon colloid, organics, peculiar smell and residual chlorine in the raw water, so that the treated raw water can meet the requirements of reverse osmosis and then enter the program-controlled secondary reverse. The permeate device can remove the soluble salts and bacterial heat source in the water, and its water conductivity is less than or equal to 10us / cm.
